Dear silver hummer with plate number 8. You tried to run me over while i was crossing the pedestrian lane across de la Costa street crossing Leviste street in Salcedo Village at around 2pm today. Traffic was slow and i even raised my hand to signal to you that I was crossing. You did not stop. I pointed to the pedestrian lane and told you that you were wrong, you opened your window and shouted at me. Whoever you are please be informed of RA 4136 Article III section 42-44 mandates drivers to yield the right of way in.... When driving in a residential or business area, drivers must yield the right of way to a pedestrian crossing the road within the crosswalk except at intersections where traffic is regulated by a traffic officer or traffic signals. Pedestrians crossing the road in a business or residential area but not within the zebra lines must yield the right of way to vehicles on the road. You are not above the law.
