Dear sir/madam, Dedication is our tool to work hard throughout our college life. For four years of all withstanding all those tests and trials, we are finally taking our last step and will be calling ourselves as truly genuine BSIT graduates. As we end our journey from our alma mater, we want to make our farewell to be remarkable as our friendship with other people in our institution. We, the fourth-year BSIT student of CEDAR College, will be celebrating our Graduation Program along with other graduates of other department. The said program is scheduled on April 8, 2014 (Tuesday). However, as we are short for finances, we may be unable to comply with the settlements for our graduation payments. For a small school such as ours, the best way to lessen our cost is through sponsorship and solicitations. So we would like to ask you for a financial help for our program and may become one of the sponsors for our yearbook. The amount shall be used to defray the expenses for our graduation fess. Any donation in cash shall be considerably and mostly accepted. We do hope that we can collect an ample amount of donations on or before March 31, 2014 (Monday). We do assure that we will acknowledge your kind deed for this simple contribution. Your kind contributions shall truly help us. We would like to be thanking you in advance for the generosity.
