Dear union members. There are some issues on which we are seeing some clarification. 1- total no of staff recruited since last bipartite.how many are still in job and how many have left. 2- strategy implemented by hrd for recruitment of staffs for overcoming the shortage of man power. 3- no.of branches running under shortage of man power.strategy implemented for rectify them. 4- minimum no of staff per branch.current ratio of employees per branch. 5- profit of banking industry since last bipartite. 6- % share of salary slip in the profit of banking industry since last bipartite. 7- total amt provisioned for npa since last bipartite . 8- total amt of loans written off since last bipartite.is there proper procedure followed before write off of loans. 9- how can government take two type of stands for PSU where PSU like bsnl,mtnl,hmt,Hindustan motors,are making a loss on year to year basis,they are getting a handsome increase in there salary slip,even government had made provision for there pension in budget.on the other hand for banking sector which is a profit making industry there is not even a 30% increase of salary which have to be paid from the profit earned by bankers. there are a lot of issues on which a lot of open debates should be placed.
