Dearest EE, Thank you for misselling me a product I appreciate it, and I am totally grateful for the full refund you gave me and acknowledging the fact that the product was missold after listening to the original call. I would also like to applaud you for leaving a note on my credit file, that I have a DELIQUENT account with you, even though I never signed up for one. Thank you very very much for stopping me from switching service providers and getting a cheaper contract, thank you for marring my good name. I will be making a full complaint to the ombudsman.
