“Death (of Obito)” by Yasuharu Takanashi, arranged for guitar by lonlonjp After about 2 months of absence, Im back on guitar. Thought Id start slow and easy with this tune I worked on. Its such a short melody and corresponds to the life and death of a character named Obito on the Japanese Anime show Naruto Shippuden. The song starts off brimming with potential and is cut short by its slow sacrifice until it ends. The character Obito was very young and at the peak of his potential, he sacrifices himself for his friends during a great war. He wasnt regarded as specifically talented, but very young and just getting started. Just like the theme. Among all the great songs played on the show, this one is a rarity and a true jewel. It captures the scene just right and I love it.
