Deb report number ?, you will have noticed that the reports have slowed down, mainly because there is little to report, in the past week debs has had a doctor visit and checkup, this was passed and also an official medical clearance to drive, I guess this solves any potential pc plod and insurance dilemas. A visit to the occupational therapy place to discuss progress, outpatient visits have been scheduled and they seem happy with progress on her hand and use of, this will be monitored. Separate blood tests were conducted with no results back yet. Next week is a vascular checkup at Auckland hospital. Overall debs is in good spirits and I guess the mobility of being able to drive helps a bit. Her work is asking about likely return times but sadily she can not give a time range, the ot people will be discussing this direct with the people at adhb. Her non smoking is going well, but the craving still exists. You could be forgiven if you meet debs today and did not notice any real evidence of the stroke, however the evidence is there, but more difficult to notice as real progress has been made in her recovery a minor milestone just now. able to do up a bra unaided and jean button, which shows the progress made. And on a different note, debs is our official menu planner and I am now the masterchef, my cooking continues to improve to the point that I reckon its not bad stuff.
