Debbies phooey day. As most of my friends know I kind of dont like my job. I dont complain much because I work from home, I dont have a lot of work, I enjoy the feeling of accomplishing tasks that are difficult, and I can play with my horses at least 4 times a week. WELL, I have not played with my horses in over 4 days due to a site Im developing for our company. It was ready to be opened today and we were going to show our partner at 1:00. But at 7:00 am when I started to double check the site I couldnt connect to the database. About 6 sites total were behaving in the same way. After being on the phone all morning with the company I buy hosting space from they finally realized they were working on the server...it will be up soon. We cancelled our meetings (there was a meeting with another client whose site was unavailable). WELL, the sites are back, all of them intact except for one. The one I have been working on for 6 days straight...the whole labor day week-end I worked and all of that work is gone...POOF!!! I am venting here because there is nowhere else to vent and also because I can!....at least while the sites were down this morning I rinsed off my horses and gave them each a mini spa day. Back into the cave I go for at least 4 days... :( PHOOEY!
