Debra, thank you for your interest, support and easy explanation of what is happening in Tallahassee tomorrow March 25th with regard to the Senate bill 1352. I appreciate your input so very much! Debra Simko Desjardins I am going to use the phone numbers and call the committee members offices to ask them to support the bill. It is on the agenda at 2:00 p.m. tomorrow for the committees recommendation. Imagine there will be individuals and lobbyists from all the groups testifying and representing their positions on the legislation. If the bill passes out of the committee and goes to the legislature that is when everyone will need to call their legislators to vote on the bill. Anyone who wants to call committee members tomorrow it is not too late. There will be staffers keeping track of the calls and the support (or lack thereof) for the bill. It is really simple to make the call and say I would like the Senate Health Policy Committee to support Senate Bill 1352 (Senate APRN) Bill which is being heard in committee on March 25th. The staffer might want to know your zip code but they dont even usually ask for that. Hope it goes well in the committee hearing tomorrow and the bill survives!
