December 31, 2014 Prayer: Hear our humble prayer, O God, for our fur-friends and fur-babies. Especially for all who are suffering; for any that are hunted or lost, deserted, frightened or hungry; and bring peace to all that must be euthanized. We petition for them all Your mercy and pity. For those who are caretakers of them, we ask a heart of compassion, gentle hands and kindly words. Make us, ourselves, to be true friends and pawrents to all animals. Thank you Father for your word that reminds us we do not need to worry. Dont worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience Gods peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Phillipians 4:6-7 (NLT) As we walk through a storm, hold our heads up high. Help us not to be afraid of the darkness of the diseases that have struck our fur-babies and fur-friends. Remind us that at the end of a storm, there is a golden sky, and the sweet silver song of a lark. Hold our hands as we walk through the wind and through the rain. Though our dreams maybe tossed and blown, pick us up and encourage us to walk on, with hope in our hearts. For we are never alone, for you are always with us!
