, December 3rd, the World Trade Organization (WTO) will begin its next meeting in Bali, Indonesia. More than 90 organizations and social movements in Indonesia are calling for a global day of action to protest toxic trade agreements such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) which will continue to be secretly negotiated in Singapore immediately following the WTO meeting. We don’t need any more job loss here in the U.S. thanks to free trade agreements. We have already lost 5 million jobs due to NAFTA and other agreements signed since then.
