Decided this morning that a nice long walk was exactly the right thing to do today in the fight against the bulge when looking after children of different ages it isnt as easy to jump on a bike or go for a very long walkbecause buggys and some children just cant walk as far as you . We got around the corner when all the children started to complain " I want to play x box" another " I want my phone back " and then the smartest one " I have a sore foot " which I almost fell for. So I told them the first one to helens house is the biggest champion of all time and the last one is the biggest loser , I definately underrstimated how competitive my children snd grandson are as they gave me a run for my money and laughed and had fun . Arrived at Helens only to be greeted with a lovely meal prepared for all of us and a lovely apple turnover with fresh cream yum yum! Grandchildren fell asleep for a short while and then we walked back to emmas who had also prepared some lovely homecooked food specialy for us and a pack of donuts to have after yum yum . Return home and heat up prepared curry for the rest of family and yes yum yum . So so much for my exercise but what a lovely day !
