Decided to start up my calorie tracker app again. Im glad that its not just an iphone app because I love this thing. Im sick.of not being happy with what I see in tge mirror and feeling.slugish all.day. its not fair to my baby boy. And if any babies are to be in my future I can not add baby weight to my body I think I would die. So wish me luck. With my slim fast I startrd a couple days ago I have lost a pound already! If im not going up in tge scale then I think thats success. I will have to say my insperation is Leah Miller. If she can go.to grad school full time and work and diet and work out I think I can make a small effort myself. Im so proud of her.
