Deep down, we all have that tinge, that quality of being a closeted racist. But not all of us are true enough, moreso brave enough, to admit this daunting fact out of shame and fear of being judged. We only think that racism exists when someone says I do not like Filipinos (recall: anonymous Singapore note). Fact is, its also racist when one admires a certain race, saying Westerners are intelligent and superior compared to Asians. Putting a positive spin on ones belief system doesnt exempt us from feeling a bit racist... it just means were good at grammar and usage.
