Deep thoughts at 3am... My friends asked me last night why I follow so many npcs ( National Physique Competitors) and fitness models and heres why... Yes, they are really gorgeous but each person has a story to tell & many have had some serious struggles through life. My favorites have been obese, grew up in Foster care, had a rough upbringing, fought for our country in the Military, been through a divorce, are single parents, etc etc. And I admire their dedication and positive attitudes. Their body is a reward of their blood, sweat and tears and hours and hours of hard work. Take the time to get to know people and you will be amazed at how much others can teach you! Im so Thankful for their posts on fb everyday and to those I know personally for their support through my challenges. Keep on keepin on. You never know who youre motivating!
