Defendants’ claims of immunity fail in terms of the plain language of Section 43 of the Kentucky Constitution, the plain language of KRS 418.075(4) which rests explicitly upon Section 43 and Sections 230 and 231, which apply in any way so remotely to the current action as to be barely worth responding to any more than the apparently obligatory government claim of insufficiency of process while the record clearly indicates process sufficient to initiate this action.
