Definition of observer (n) 1.somebody who sees or watches something: somebody who observes something that is happening 2.nonparticipating witness: somebody who acts as a witness to an event, often officially and at the invitation of the participants This defines apart of my character..Does not judge, condmen, or point fingers THATS FOR SURE, but I do observe people.. ALOT defnies a person by just watching them..
