Delicious, Nutritious Kale Guacamole! Ingredients: 1 bunch kale 2 limes (juice) 1 handful (bunch) fresh cilantro 1 small red onion 3-4 tomotoes 4 ripe avocados salt/pepper/chili powder to taste Combine all ingredients except the avocados and salt/pepper/chili in food processor or blender. (Cut Kale veins out and discard, tear remainder of leaves into small pieces.) Blend well Mash avocados by hand in to the rest of the ingredients Finally, add salt, pepper and chili power to taste Pita Bread cut in to triangles (warmed) or organic corn chips for dipping~ Health Benefits: Avocados are packed with vitamins.
