Delta League is a biannual island-wide youth engagement programme aimed at keeping at-risk youths meaningfully occupied during the school holidays. Organised by National Crime Prevention Council and Singapore Police Force, Delta League uses football as the key platform of engagement and draws youths into a series of self-improvement and crime awareness activities. Delta League is currently into its 8th season with a total of 96 teams involved in this month-long tournament. 2. The Grand Finals is the culmination of every Delta League season, where families and friends are invited to a fun-filled soccer fiesta and witness how the youths have developed and grown over the course of their involvement in Delta League. For the December 2014 edition, the Grand Finals will be hosted at the iconic Jalan Besar Stadium where the top 2 teams from the Under-16 and Under-18 categories vie for the coveted Delta League Challenge Trophy. 3.
