Demands of reforms pertaining to primary education and industrialization of rural India have been sent to U.P. government and Government of India by VSAHAP Founder & Chairman (CEO) Ram Nayan Singh. The Poverty stricken are asking for some reforms under the banner of Voluntary Support Alliance For Human Action Plan (VSAHAP). These demands have been designed and drafted by Chairman Ram Nayan Singh based on surveys of their needs and requirements conducted by this NGO. What reforms should made are being underlined below: (1) Reforms in primary schools: An initiative should be taken towards advance education from primary level in government schools by enhancing basic facilities whereby education system and facilities can be equipped with advance mechanisms which should carve out bright future of children from the perspective of today’s needs and requirements in line with growing competitions. Poverty is the grave & widespread problem of India. Every parent seeks to provide quality-wise, equipped with advance technologies in consonance with employable and business catering. They are as well inspired and having aspirations to provide good education in good schools whereby their children can develop their motivations to achieve their business and employment goals as well as they must be sensitized towards their rewarding futures. Thus, high-level environment must be developed in line with teaching and learning process in U.P. or India. The poor having wishes that their children must obtain prerogative of English-medium education as the children of the rich are able to obtain where they may have good prospects of their future because this age of competition and there is no matter that they are the poor or rich. Several children of villages are being pushed towards backwardness because of their severe condition on the monetary ground and gradually they are forced to earn their bread and butter and thus prospects of their dropout rates are being stirred up. This NGO seeks that the children of the poverty-stricken must obtain same standard of education as the children of the rich obtain and because of deficit in monetary weakness, they are unable to obtain standard education and eventually they cannot achieve their potential level. Thus, inferiority complex starts developing in rural children and as well they face discrimination on the first step of obtaining education. It is first defeat of parents in line with providing standard and future-carving education to their children. Whereas parents as well as teachers do not seek that their children should be pushed towards back but lack of advance facilities in schools, educators are as well unable to provide advance and future carving education from the perspective of today’s needs and requirements of business and employment. Our constitution seeks to provide social justice, right to equality and equal education system in its directive principles and fundamental rights. This NGO is having Founder & Chairman (CEO) Ram Nayan Singh in pioneer role in every facet of designing and executing it adding value to its Poverty free India programme and Rupees 5 campaign and Chairman Ram Nayan Singh is leading it further.
