Department of Trade and Taxes has extended the due date for filling DVAT return: Vide Circular No 7 of 2013-2014 dated 25-07-2013, the Department of Trade and Taxes has extended the due date for filling DVAT return for Quarter 1 of 2013-14 online from 25-07-2013 to 07-08-2013. The hard copy of the same is required to be submitted up to 10-08-2013 with the Department. From FY 2013-14, the requirements have increased in terms of data provision to department as along with Annexure 2A and 2B, two more annexure viz, Annexure 2C and 2D also need to be filed. Annexure 2C and 2D can be filled online up to 07-09-2013 and the hardcopy of the same is required to be submitted up to 10-09-2013.
