Deploy National #DEFENSE DOLLARS on Infrastructure water and conservation A bold move would be to shift National Defense outlays to National #Homeland #Economic #Security: which includes appropriate investments in energy development and the natural and built environment together with investment in needed #infrastructure. Our our National outlays should reach Main Street; from sea to shining sea~ the coasts; forests; concern for soil management, water and air conservation and re-generation. WATER Desalination plants are critical. PEAK #WATER has arrived in the South West. Even the great Colorado River runs dry. Let’s WAKE UP: there are things we can do, and the Department of Defense #DOD can facilitate the logistics, know-how, and the labor.
