Depression is a hell of a curse. It sucks!!! I can PROMISE you that the person feels so bad about themselves that many wish themselves away and others actually make it happen. Its a very cold, lonely,damp, and dark place to de. You feel alone and scared of EVERYTHING!!! From the thoughts you think to the things you do! Many people cant fight the battle on their own. Its a very tough, gruling battle. People who think depression is an excuse has OBVIOUSLY never been there!! And thats GREAT!! I would NEVER wish that on anyone!! But dont you DARE judge another for their state of mind!!! You dont know what they are going thru, what they feel or how they see the world!! So if you arent going to help shut up and sit down so someone who WANTS to help can!!! A person can not come out the other side alone!! Even just a few words of encouragement will help! But dont judge what you do not know!!
