Depression is not a phase, its a disease. Its like screaming when nobody can hear.... Its falling apart when nobody notices. Its being in a crowded room, but feel so alone. Its losing your best friend to suicide, then hearing about it next morning. Its crying yourself to sleep every night for that one person who feels a million miles away, and looking up at the stars wishing they were at your side because you feel so alone. Depression is like anxiety... Scared to speak to anyone. Depression is where you like being alone, because you think nobodys there for you. Depression isnt something that just goes away at the snap of the fingers. It stays with you, and some have lost to battles against this disease. Depression is when you lie in bed every morning because you dont have enough motivation to get up. Youre scared of facing the world, and tend to think you arent good enough. Youll have doubts, and some worse than others. Depression is where you feel insecure about your body. Your figure doesnt define you. I wish you guys could see yourselves the way I do, youre all worth so much more than what you think of yourselves. I love you. You are needed. You are wanted. If you give up tonight, then you give up on me.
