Depression is not a sign of weakness but a sign of having tried to remain strong for so long. My heart goes out to the family of Robin Williams. To look at him on the outside, you might never have known of his internal struggle. I myself at times suffer from severe depression and know the depths of despair one suffers of having suicidal feelings. It is a constant dilapidating battle in the mind and one that I live with every day. With prayer and medication, i can live with depression. God has interceded and saved me on more than one occasion. Depression is a disease and people who suffer from it should never be made to feel alone.
