Make planning, program, and strategic for daily operational rhythm. Control all operational activities based on SOP. Prepare working plan to achieve target in sales, rental, and recurring income. Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field. Required skill(s): budget management, building and facilities management, planning and project control, Market Survey Research. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Have experience in budgeting for operational purposes as well as building development. 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
