Job Profile: 1> Building up, maintaining and managing a telecom implementation project 2> Quality management function. 3> Maintaining relation between customer as well as vendors. 4> Demonstration of equipment to customer as well as vendors. 5> Training to vendor team to work with ZTE equipment. 6> Being responsible for Quality, Health & Safety related issues in cooperation with the customer and roll out Partners. 7> Report to the Management on the QMS performance & any improvement needed. 8> Carry out the projects quality planning & assist head of the quality dept. in this regard. 9> Responsible for defining and / or adapting as well as implementing quality standards in Representative Office within the framework of the applicable ISO quality standards and internal regulations. 10> Perform Internal Quality & Safety Audits on Quality & Safety Management Systems. 11> Be responsible to accompany auditors during third party audits. 12> Arrange & conduct the Quality specifications trainings for the Staff & subcontractors to cultivate the project implementation resource. 13> Giving external Quality Assurance trainings to customers 14> Maintain & achieve the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) defined by the Head Quarter. 15> Managing quality assurance at sites through in house team to monitor infrastructure quality during deployment (new sites) & upgrades 16> Ensure adherence to the Quality Manual that clearly lays down the quality standards and explains methodology to check and correct quality issues. 17> To ensure skills development through ongoing skills & knowledge assessment, keep tracking the movement of team & their dedication for the working department. 18> Coordinate with customer quality assurance dept. Fulfill their requirements related to project quality. 19> Coordinating & follow-up with procurement for quality related purchases. 20> Responsible for the document management system, Sample checks of TSSR reports, BTS and Core sites 21> Responsible for TI as well as TSP quality standards. 22> Vendor evaluation and penalty reorganization for false submission or commitments. 23> Time to time meeting with customer for checking their satisfaction level and to push complete daily basis tasks and timely work. 24> Common issue tracing and solution. 25> Supervision and guidance to department for establish quality standards as per industry and market requirement. 26> Direct project team to ensure highest standard of quality with maximum outputs so that the organization meets both internal and external requirement.
