Despite our best efforts, our entry in the Doritos commercial contest did not make the semifinal 16. Last winter, Diana Cinnamon and other volunteers from the Longmont Humane Society contacted us about their dream to win the million dollar prize for their no-kill shelter. We like people with dreams and we liked their idea for the commercial. We had recently lost our beloved Yorkie, Champ, and thought this would be a meaningful way to honor his memory.
