Development Group Manager Job responsibilities include, among other things: • Lead and mentor team leaders and technical leaders • Be a strong technical manager, with the ability to take both high level decisions and down to the details when required • Own complex projects (including resources, timelines, planning and execution) • Lead cross functional teams under conditions of uncertainty • Work with peers both in Israel and in the US • Own horizontal, cross-R&D responsibilities, have the ability to impact and shape R&D culture and processes • Be a change agent: drive changes that will help us improve on the fundamentals of running a world class software organization Requirements: • Proven experience of at least 2 years in engineering management of several teams or team managers. Managerial experience should include running complex teams/projects independently as well as recruiting, planning, project management, product life cycle management, etc. • Proven knowledge and experience in working in Agile methodology – Must! • Proven experience as a hands on developer in relevant technologies (C#, Java) • Experience in working in multiple types of organizations/processes/methodologies Advantages: • U.S. market experience – outbound experience • More than one position as a group manager [email protected]
