Dictatorship is where there is a guy or institution that has control over almost everything related to his/her/its government, we talk about a State and a government that is totalitarian, rules with rules created to supporting him/her/it. Anarchy is where there is not state, nor government, and the policemen have no head, nor dignity, nor respect. They follow order of a ruler with no power but to mantain his/her/its control uses the horror and murderer and corruption. Men become beasts and the police is the greatest symbol of the so called state. Which one do you think applies to Mexico? I think none or both. Some call this shit hitmanship since you have a ruler that is a narco leader that control everything with money, guns and terror, in this case the police became the hitmen of them, but a tremendous tree to cut branches... You dont have to understand spanish but a little context will be ok. This oldman wanted to give this book for free to some policemen, after a while they hit him and punish him...just for that. What do you think?
