Did anyone go to the dances here. I think it was called Hancock Recreation Center. My Mother would drop us off and sometimes our car had a hard time going up the hill. I think the dances were on Friday nights late 50s and early 60s. I remember doing the twist. The girls usually danced together to the fast songs, boys watching. Loved those slow dances....when the boys were brave enough to ask. Fun times,
