Did u know? CASUAL LEAVE 1.”12 working days in a calendar year. 2.Not more than four working days casual leave may be availed of at any one time. 3. Casual Leave not availed of in any year may be suffixed or prefixed to sick leave in the following three years. Such unutilized casual leave will lapse after the period of three years. 4. Public Holidays and weekly off days falling within the period of sanctioned Casual Leave will not be treated as a part of casual leave. 5. Public Holidays and weekly off day may be prefixed or suffixed to Casual Leave. 6. Casual Leave extended beyond 4 days shall be treated as Privilege Leave, Sick Leave or extraordinary Leave, as the case may be, for the entire period at the discretion of the Competent Authority. 7. Casual Leave shall not be granted in combination with any kind of leave. 8.An officer, who joins Bank’s service at any time during the calendar year, would be entitled to casual leave for one day per month in the first calendar year.
