Did you know that 20 per cent of youth who are injured by violence in Winnipeg will return with a repeat injury within a year? The Emergency Department Violence Intervention Program (EDVIP) at HSC and University of Manitoba is trying to raise money through the Aviva Community Fund to hire a mental health and addictions counsellor to help youth who have been injured by violence.
