Did you know that Al-shabab cells in Ethiopia have been neutralized over years by the introduction of Legislation that criminalizes terrorism!! The Definition of Terrorism in that legislation is ambiguous and can include anything with no exception to this post!! Funnily enough,act of Terrorism also include property crimes,giving moral and material support and acts of omission...If the same was in Kenya..Senior Security officials would be charged for act of terrorism for their omission..all the officers along the Lunga Lunga Border who allowed so called White Widow would be charged with Terrorism.. All servants who allowed " a terrorist tenant" in Westgate would be charged for Terrorism.. all landlords whose tenants are suspected terrorist would be in for it.. death or imprisonment of at least 15 years awaits them..If that is introduced in Kenya, then we in the Human Rights area will seek funding to fight this legislation to the bitter end for its human rights violations.. sadly enough we will fall within the ambit of definition of terrorism act and will be charged for terrorism acts!!
