Did you know that having a colorful plate can help you eat less? Studies have shown that at meals, people that have a lot of color on their plates will not only have less food on the plate but also eat less of that food. Muted or similar colors run together and so we tend to put more on our plates and finish all of that food. So when cooking dinner make sure you try putting together a variety of foods that vary in color. Try it and your body will thank you.
