Did you know that so much of what Tuscans eat now was what their Etruscan ancestors ate: farro, chickpeas, rosemary, wild fennel, rabbit and red wines (at that time kept in amphorae in cool underground cellars). Join us in November for a culinary trip to the mysterious land of the Etruscans: Tuscany. Participate in the olive harvest and visit the ancient walled cities such as San Gimignano tasting the wines of the area...the chiantis, the vernaccias, and the morellinos. Take a look here.
