Hand chakras are amazing for feeling the left and right side energies on your body and you can feel your own major chakra balances through your hands and you can open and energize them as well. Place both hands close to each-other and feel the balance and heat between your hands. If a finger(s) feels tingly or hotter than the rest than you can use your other hand and rotate it in a circular pattern around this finger. This helps to re open and align your centers.
