Did you see anything suspicious? Burglars stole a laptop and veterinary equipment after breaking into a charity animal clinic in Cambridge. Offenders broke into the RSPCA building in Pool Way between 6pm on Saturday (May 10) and 8.50am the following day (Sunday). The building is in quite a secluded area but is used by dog walkers. We would urge anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously around that time to call police. A spokesperson for the RSPCA centre said: The equipment taken was essential to our clinic but its second-hand value would be negligible. This means animals could have been left suffering for the sake of a few pounds gain to the thieves. Were very grateful to Cambridge Vet School staff who gave up their free time to set up replacements and make it possible to have our regular clinic sessions this week.
