Difference between leadership and management. You lead people you manage things... so you dont say I manage the team but I lead them. Manager says you go now on avail... leaders say lets go on avail! Psychology on words, works. If youre a wise person you say show me .. the smart says teach me... what im saying has points literally so youll see...... Hmmnn... So who do you follow a manager or a leader? Your choice!
