Different laws for different persons in Guyana???? The CEO of GPHC is back on the job as the Public Service Minister Dr. Jennifer Westford, said she told Khan to return to work after she found that he had grounds in a protest letter that he had dispatched to her. At the NBS, the CEO & 2 Managers wrongfully charged makes a to a justifiable written request for an investigation (with proof of their innocence attached) to the Minister of Finance Dr Ashni Singh, who verbally states that he KNOWS the men innocent. The Bank of Guyana (BOG) then conducts an investigation and although the resultant report CONFIRMS the CEO & 2 Managers innocent, the BOG is told to duck the report!!!! And the Board then went ahead & ILLEGALLY terminated the services of the CEO & Managers & pension ILLEGALLY withheld & continuing for over 6 1/2 years - with the knowledge of Minister Dr Ashni Singh, the President, the Attorney General, the Chancellor etc et!!!!! caribnewsdesk/news/6921-gphc-ceo-back-on-the-job-board-erred
