Digicel for the first time, the sms rate was 1t/sms and 11t /min call rate during the nights were far good and their promotions were true. This was very good rate for such developing nation that was much understandable and affordable to the 80% our local people. Sometimes later it increase, sending two messages and you get 18 free sms, send pass at 11pm in the and you get 1hour talk, which is too good. Since not long, they change promotion, 50sms for 75t and 15min call rate for .49t in the night. Not long, they remove that call rate and let this 75t 50sms continue. Now, digicel charge 60sms at K1.20 and 6t/sms after send 4sms is too much for such developing nation. They riping us into the bones now. I havent receive any text message when this promotion came for the last 2 days...High call rate and sms rate for our poor people who own mobile phones, can digicel do the right thing? Can the government bring in another good communication company in this country...
