Dignity Health, through Dominican Hospital, has announced the 2014 Community Grant awards, providing over $155,000 to 10 local nonprofits working to improve the health of Santa Cruz County residents. Recipients include Community Bridges & Collaborative Agencies, Dientes Community Dental Clinic, Health Improvement Partnership, Homeless Services Center, Hospice of Santa Cruz County, Mental Health Client Action Network, RotaCare Free Clinic, Encompass Services (formerly SC Community Counseling Center), Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County, and United Way of Santa Cruz County.
