Dilemma of Danboko in Nigeria. Buried in the literary world of the ancient West, reading pre-scientific assertions of Aristotle, Socrates, Darwins and other agnostics and atheists philosophy! Believing in what has been inculcated into his brain as truth and facts, thinking he can use the said acquired literature to change societies based on African culture and Islamic bearings, ends up turning himself an agnostics in thinking and African/Muslim in appearance. In his intellectual euphoria, he has disconnected himself from the people, he sees himself as a model to be emulated while the people sees him as the black sheep of the family/society, he was unable to fine-tune his intellectual pursuits to promote his Faith and culture and his people were unable to comprehend his alien thought-process, he sees every aspect of his Faith and culture antagonistic to his Western caricaturistic intelligentsia, an ostracised and confused identity.
