Dinner prep for tonight is done. Kitchen is cleaned up and I am ready for the rest of my day. I will just throw it on the grill later for about 20 minutes in indirect heat and let the flavors simmer. Two generous servings at 240 calories and 21 grams protein each.....recipe. slice 3 Amylu chicken/green hatch chili and cheddar sausages into coins. Cut up 1 bag of baby squash. Slice up 1 medium sweet onion. Toss all together and fill a sheet of heavy duty foil that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Fold up the sides and its done. Quick, simple, 3 ingredients, healthy and no oven for me tonight. Whats on your menu?
