Dinner time! Whatcha all having?! :) Heres a fun quick meal if youve been prepping your veggies/meal sides for the week! 1. 1 tsp EVOO or Coconut oil 2. One cup mixed fresh-cut veggies (I prepared onions, green beans, red peppers and carrots) 3. Meat-less chicken tenders (gardein) 4. 1/2 cup cooked brown rice 5. Mrs. Dash seasoning of your choice (I use the table blend) Add EVOO or other cooking oil to pan, saute meatless chicken tenders and veggies on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Add in seasoning. Serve with brown rice on the side or mix in.
