Dinner was salad with 4 oz green curry Seitan with mixed squah, edamame beans, cava beans, brown rice and a side sweet potato. Seitan is Wheat protein and packs 30gr Protein in a 4oz serving with vary low calories Amazing Nutritional powerhouse, for those thinking Vegetarians lack Nutrition lol I probably get more usable digested protein than alot of you meat eaters. Watched Salem tonight wow thats a freaked out show anyway off to bed did tree trimming this morning, one armed chainsaw work as I did it myself so arms and shoulders are tired and sore GOODNIGHT
