Ideally looking for a candidate that has the ability to deal with staffing issues and a candidate who has overseen more than 100 beds. The Role: Ensure smooth operations of the facility Oversee all clinical assessment, care planning, and ACFI funding & administration for residents Ensuring compliance to the Aged Care Legislation & Accreditation Standards Implement & streamline progressive nursing practices Mentor and lead nursing and support staff Manage all finances & budgets HR & OH&S Management The successful candidate will have: Current AHPRA registration Registered Nurse Div 1 Current Police check Previous management and leadership experience Excellent ACFI knowledge & management skills Excellent understanding of Quality Care Principles, WHS and risk management Familiar with the LLLB reforms Excellent organisational & time management skills HR management skills - recruitment, performance management, succession planning and rostering An empathetic approach to communicating with residents and family members A results orientated attitude with the ability to operate autonomously Sales and marketing experience To apply please submit an up to date copy of your resume along with a cover letter to [email protected] or call Aarron Mckay on 0427 897 819 for a confidential discussion.
