The Director and Chief Judge of the NJ Division of Workers’ Compensation, Peter J. Calderone, in a Memorandumissued last week, authorized the procedure. The interrogatories may not be overbroad and should be specific to the pending matter. Judicial intervention can be requested to resolve any discovery disputes that might arise. Additionally, responses are due 45 days after service.
