Today they’re dragging those people to court like criminals, and threatening them with a multi-million dollar lawsuit. Please SHARE this story far and wide. When the National Energy Board granted Kinder Morgan access to Burnaby Mountain to start drilling, the City of Burnaby launched an appeal. That case hasn’t yet been heard by a judge. But Kinder Morgan is barrelling ahead anyway, using their unlimited money to silence and intimidate anyone in their way. What can you do?
