Diving - Beginning and Certified Divers Welcome! The waters around Jeeva Beloam Beach Camp, Pink Beach and the Tanjung Ringgit forestry reserve boast some of the finest dive locations in the world. We work with well trained and professional PADI and CMAS certified instructors who make it easy for our guests to discover the fascinating undersea world, with a wide variety of coral and marine life, just off our world-class beach and in the seas around the Tanjung Ringgit peninsula. You can explore the waters around Tanjung Ringgit and Pink Beachfrom our wooden ‘fishing’ boat accompanied by our PADI and CMAS-certified instructors. No matter your experience level, the treasures of the deep await you at every turn. With everything from colorful coral fish, crustaceans, turtles, anemones to curious moray eels, you’ll be excited by the variety of marine life you’ll encounter and from a unique vantage point only achieved through scuba diving! We’re particularly proud of Jeeva Beloam’s contribution to protecting Indonesia’s rich coral gardens. Just off our shores you’ll find table coral, green staghorn coral and elkhorn coral – spectacular specimens of biodiversity that have been listed since 2006 for protection by the Endangered Species Act. You will also see the ravages inflicted by dynamite fishing. Jeeva Beloam was founded in part as a test site for environmental protection and in particular to help protect the waters and marine life around Tanjung Ringgit. Our partnership with the local community has ended the dynamite fishing and other ravages to the environment that once threatened our natural treasures. Your stay at Jeeva Beloam Beach Camp is an integral part of the proven positive impact of responsible tourism. In addition to protecting our waters from damaging fishing techniques, we donate 3% of all proceeds from diving packages to local villages to assist them in providing a healthful, fresh water supply and to encourage local residents to protect their environment .
