Do Terra essential oil friends I need help! I have the physicians kit, I have had it for a long time and never used it. Me and the kids are all sick, sore scratchy throat, runny nose coughing. What do I use and how do I use it? I do not have capsules so preferably topical use. Here is something else, the baby is super stuffed up in her nose. I took her in to the Dr to make sure it wasnt rsv especially with her being a preemie, he said she sounded fine and to really clear her out and use saline which is everything I already do.
